Thank you once again for your time. Your support is very much appreciated. Starting something that you dream of is important, a vital step but being able to sustain is the struggle.
Lately, I have started studying foraging. I needed legitimate resources from people who are experts in this field po. I realized it is not as simple as plucking leaves randomly but as I read through, it is definitely something to consider seriously because other living things, the community and us as the forager as well are affected. I learned that there are laws that you should know before foraging. An extreme study of each wild plant and it's look-alike is needed. I will be sharing a few things I learned from some resources learned from DOST (Department of Science and Technology) here in the Philippines, and some other readings as well. Samahan niyo po ako as I go deeper into foraging.
I also shared some things I often do at home in this story. How I consume food. How I spend my free time. What keeps me busy aside from doing home chores. Making each moment at home productive and fun at the same time po. My nature-inspired,some of it kinda lifestyle is just something a recently started, neither I'm an expert on this po. I really just wanted to save up (like everyone else) for my son because we only have enough as I am co-parenting with my parents for some personal reasons( that I will share at the right time) , I also just wanted to use what is available and this has been making a positive impact in my life and I want to pass it on to you, vanity has been my least priority -"hindi naman po kagandahan" but I realized this so modern lifestyle we are into does not fit mine anymore. I was not able to keep up in aspects of my life. I need to be efficient in doing all these, especially for my loved ones. Taking this path is not easy though po. I do have struggles in giving up what I was used to, the simplest lifestyle I know currently.

We have a small place in the province that blesses us with the harvests of nature. Some needed to be manufactured for selling to keep up with our daily living and along with that abundance are peels, pulps, piths, branches, husks, shells, and seeds-these are still usable as large industries utilize them and personally practicing by using these wisely is what I share and use it myself. To share to you that it is possible.

The non-food store was inspired because we have so much accumulation of things at home and we needed to let go of some and some are being passed on. I also try to recreate some old things like the above photos. These have been taking up our energies and the answer is to declutter po. I thought of sampling some clothes, things shoes, etc while at home to show the features of each item. I do spoof if for fun lang po. That's just me po. That is one I have learned- as one of my aunt's advice- "happy lang", it is true. Learning to have fun is important. Anyways this story has become a novel. Please enjoy the film, thanks once again for reading.
I am not sure about the recipe, meanwhile, I provided the link below for a sample po. Jiggy practices cooking and has been bringing it to his date. I ate with an overripe banana and rice. When I know how rich the food was prepared, (in my

The Healthy Chips was from a long been in pantry Rice Paper, I simply toasted it for about 2 minutes and there you can have a lean version of healthy chips. They definitely do this in most asian countries. This may also be applied to our local rice wrapper ,those for wrapping vegetable lumpia. Maybe toasting it longer.
Fruit Bowl
1 Tablespoon Buko Pandan Condensed milk, pure Bignay Fruit or Wild Currant, Pancake Piece, pure Mango Puree ,Passion Fruit Pith halves , 1 Tablespoon Coco Cream and cold water
Stir well and consume as slush. I used water to thin out the rich ingredients also instead of add too much dairy in my bowl.I usually have this for a meal. It is lite.
